"Real Talk, Real Tools: Mental Health Education That Connects"

I offer interactive trainings and workshops (in-person and virtually) designed to educate, equip, and inspire counselors, community members, and organizations on a range of mental health topics. Rooted in both clinical expertise and lived experience, my sessions focus on areas such as trauma-informed care, mental wellness, cultural responsiveness, and supporting women and girls through healing and empowerment. Whether working with counselors-in-training, seasoned professionals, or community groups, I create engaging learning environments that promote growth, reflection, and real-world application.
